Workshops & Seminars
For students, parents and teachers across all grade levels, with a focus on socio-emotional wellness, psychological well-being and life skills.
These sessions are designed to be interactive, practical and developmentally appropriate, pitched at the people actually in the room rather than delivered as theory.
Topics covered
Sessions have covered positive parenting, learning through play, adjusting to changes and transitions, managing stress and pressure, building purpose and motivation, career awareness and planning, understanding the adolescent brain, building emotionally strong classrooms, teacher wellness, and mental and emotional well-being, among others.
Content is shaped around what the school or group is actually dealing with, so a session on exam pressure for Grade 10 looks quite different from one on learning through play for early years.
Why all three groups
Students do better when the adults around them are working from a shared understanding rather than pulling in different directions. Running sessions for students, parents and teachers builds that bridge between home and school, and gives everyone practical tools they can use rather than notes they will file away.
Bringing this to your school or organisation
Send a short note about who the group is, roughly how many people, the age range, and what has prompted it. You will get a straight answer about whether it is a good fit and what a session would involve.
What has already run
Sessions for schools and organisations are arranged directly, shaped around the group. These are the topics that have been delivered so far.
Learning through play
For parents and early-years educators, on play as the medium through which young children process and learn.
Managing stress and pressure
For students facing exam and expectation pressure, with tools they can use in the moment.
Adjusting to changes and transitions
For students moving between schools, grades or life stages.
Building purpose and motivation
On what actually sustains motivation, beyond discipline and pressure.
